About Jane
Jane is a fully qualified and insured reflexologist with a Level 3 Diploma in Foot and Hand Reflexology.
A long-standing air stewardess of 25 years, Jane has had the opportunity to visit many different countries and absorb a myriad of cultures throughout her career which inspired a fascination with diverse complementary health and healing therapies - in particular with reflexology.
A long term affinity with this compelling art of rebalance, rejuvenating and beneficial therapy was born.
Jane’s experience of looking after people above the clouds, along with comprehensive first aid medical training has given her a unique, instinctive empathy and insight in the relationships she builds with clients and an ability to put people at ease. This is something that has been invaluable in her role as a reflexology therapist.

In choosing the branding for Feeling Wright Reflexology, Jane chose the lotus flower for her logo as it signifies tranquility and is regarded in many different cultures as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-generation, and rebirth. Its characteristics are the perfect analogy for the human condition; even when its roots are in the muddiest waters, the lotus flower produces the most beautiful flowers.
About Reflexology
Reflexology has a long history and can be traced back through the ages - there is evidence through hieroglyphs in Egypt, through historical evidence of the art of ancient medicine in Eastern Asia and subcontinental India, that healing through pressure points in the feet has been a popular therapy for thousands of years.
Based on the principle that every part of the body has a corresponding reflex point on the feet, and by applying light pressure and massage techniques to these reflex points, congestion in energy pathways can be unblocked. This can empower the body to experience renewal, recovery and to restore balance.
Feeling Right Reflexology clients enjoy a wide range of benefits, actively seeking reflexology to help them with a whole spectrum of issues from the easing of aches and pains, help with headaches and migraines, aiding sleep disorders to dealing with anxiety.
Jane’s motivation is to improve wellbeing and vitality, leaving clients relaxed and less stressed.
Reflexology appointments are available at Jane’s welcoming and serene therapy room at her home in Maidenhead, where she will tailor the sessions to the individual’s specific needs.
